Review: repetitive curriculum and assessment reform in England since 1987

A summary of continual change in English primary, secondary and FE curriculum and assessment. While the National Curriculum has become more prescriptive, major change has become more frequent (five) in the last thirty years. The approach has varied widely, there is no repeatable process and no longer any supporting infrastructure for change. This is a 14 page report written in November 2020.
